Reimagined
Since 1983, the Mario games have been the cornerstone of Nintendo's line-up and a stalwart of the gaming world at large. For nearly 30 years, the mustachioed dynamic duo have rescued the princess from Bowser's fiery grasp countless times, feasted on incalculable mushrooms, of myriad power-up varieties and mercilessly stomped a near infinite amount of, in many cases, actually quite cute enemies.
Cute, that was until they passed through the imagination of illustrator Mike Puncekar. Mike has brilliantly reimagined Mario's foes and in that, given them distinctly, creepy new personas. Check out Mike's other works on his blog here.
